Reflecting on my internship experience at GB Global

As my internship comes to an end, I can't help but feel grateful for the incredible opportunity to learn and grow alongside such talented individuals. Over the past 7 months, I've had the chance to dive deep into appraising properties by creating indicative values (IVs) and analyzing real estate market trends, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the real estate valuation.

One of the highlights of my internship was automating processes that improved the productivity of the company. It not only challenged me to think outside the box but also taught me the importance of finding ways to create a smoother working environment.

Throughout this journey, I've been fortunate to receive guidance and support from my mentors and colleagues, who have been instrumental in shaping my professional development. Their insights and encouragement have truly made a difference.

Moreover, being part of GB Global has exposed me to the dynamic world of real estate valuation, reaffirming my passion and commitment to pursuing a career in this space.
